Renowned for creative, unique experimental beers and award-winning design, Omnipollo are one of the world's most important breweries right now.
Founded in 2010 by brewer Henok Fentie, and designer Karl Gradin, they have travelled the world as a nomadic venture for 10+ years. Whether it be their flagship pale Maz, to the UK's highest rated beer Yellow Bellow, which Omnipollo brewed with Buxton, their beers are always made with adventure in mind and pushing the boundaries of what could even be called beer.
Omnipollo is a Swedish microbrewery known for its innovative style of beers and vivid, imaginative beer can design. Omnipollo was until recently a "gypsy brewery", meaning that the brewery designs and markets their beers, but the beers are physically brewed at other breweries
Last March, they announced a new home for their own brewery in a former church in Stockholm, they will host their custom built BrauKon brewhouse installation. Rejoice!
In thier own words: "We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music."
You can really see this melding of the art and beer world collide, especially on the details inside the Church HQ brewery.
As well as being super creative/ having excellent detailing and pushing all the boundries in both spheres of influence, these swedes also obviously do some excellent beer.
