Sour & Wild

Discover our range of sour and wild beers, packed with bold flavours, exciting aromas and adventurous brewing techniques. From refreshing fruity sour beers to complex wild ales, explore unique craft beers that push the boundaries of traditional brewing.

Whether you love sharp, tangy flavours or enjoy discovering something new, sour beers offer a world of variety. Expect zesty citrus, juicy berries, tropical fruit and crisp acidity, balanced by subtle sweetness and refreshing finishes. For those seeking deeper flavours, wild ales deliver earthy funk, complex aromas and distinctive character developed through wild yeast fermentation and time.

Explore everything from easy-drinking kettle sours and fruit-forward craft beers to traditional mixed-fermentation ales and rich, barrel-aged wild beers. Each style offers a unique tasting experience, making sour and wild beers an exciting choice for curious drinkers and seasoned craft beer enthusiasts alike.

New to sour beer? Start with a bright, fruity sour for a refreshing introduction. Prefer something more complex? Discover wild-fermented and barrel-aged beers with layers of flavour and character.

Ready to try something different? Browse our sour and wild beer collection to find your next favourite craft beer, discover new breweries and explore the wonderfully unpredictable world of sour and wild brewing.
